What Are The Pre-Treatment Instructions?

  • Avoid tanning or excessive sun exposure at least 2 weeks prior to treatment

What Is The Post-Care? 

  • Avoid exercise for 24 hours
  • Continue to drink ample water for 24–48 hours to help flush out toxins
